About the Founder

Before founding Realty Management Partners (RMP) in 2025, Chuck Thibedeau built a 30-year track record in commercial and multifamily real estate, repositioning millions of square feet of undervalued property. Throughout his career, he has owned and operated more than 100 residential units and led operations for prominent portfolios across New England and Texas. In 2017, he founded Integrated Realty Resources (IRR), laying the operational groundwork for RMP’s expanded focus on serving both private investors and non-profit organizations.

Chuck’s perspective is shaped by hands-on experience across the industry: investor, property manager, broker, and tenant. This comprehensive vantage point, paired with disciplined market and financial analysis, lets him manage every asset with an owner’s interest. Whether working with institutional partners or purpose-driven groups like Catholic Charities, Liberty House, Dismas House, Swim With A Mission, Veterans Count, and Families in Transition, he prioritizes strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
